Vugen hangs on startup

Hi

 

I had forcefully closed the vugen when it stucked and when i restarted the Vugen it shows the blank screen. I had uninstalled the Vugen and again Installed and restarted the system but the same blank page displays.

 

Please find the attached screenshot for reference.

 

Vugen Version:- 11.51

 

Please suggest.

Hi Parameshwar,

 

It looks related to layouts settings. Please try to reset layouts to their defaults.

Select <Reset to defaults> in the Toolbar Layouts list.

I can see recordning new protocol button enabled.

 

Can you just go ahead and record a script and check if something is stopping you??

You could update to 11.52 and see if that helps.

Navigate to \config folder and delete vugen.ini and wlrun*.ini files

Next time when Vugen is launched, vugen.ini and wlrun*.ini files will be re-created
