Is there any fix to overcome this error "Invalid Object handle".

Also, are there any best practices or Tips and Tricks document for Oracle 2 Tier protocol?

I think Slick-C opens an editor showing you what line there is an error in. You would need to check that. We do not have a document on best practices for Oracle 2 tier that I know of.
