'Timeout for ZipWrapper service readiness' ALM unable to collate results

Hi All,

I am getting this error in ALM after the test is done and during result collation. Its stuck at 53% and after some time we get this error " 'Timeout for ZipWrapper service readiness'"

Reboot your data processor, sometimes some processes stop working.
