Hello,
I have a team with two MSM765 (6.5.0.1-19720) controllers and a lot of remote APs (MSM 430) .
In one remote location, a user is capable to connect without problems (2.4 Hz or 5 Hz bands) in every floor of the building but one. In this floor the user try to connect to the 5 Hz band, seems to connect, but no receive IP address, it look like he does not finish to connect correctly. (picture 1)
The following logs are in the controller:

The following logs are in the ACS:
- EAP session timed out
When I disable the 5 Hz band, the user connect perfectly to the 2.4 Hz band.
The PC is W7 with Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6205 card
How can I debug this client to get some extra information?.
Best regards.

Re: Connection problem in 5 Hz band. MSM765 Team
The problem affect now other clients, I think the problem is related with the software version. I have read that the most stable versi├│n is 6.4.2. Can someone confirm this is the most stable versi├│n?.
Best regards.
