MSM 720 CONTROLLER 10 MSM 466 IN MESH AND WIRED

Can single MSM 760 controller and 10 msm 466 AP,s  connected to it, be in both  wired and mesh mode?

Objective : we want all A.P,s to be connected to HP Controller by wired connection and also be in mesh mode ,

so for failover if wired connection to any of the AP,s breaks ,

A.P,s can failover by connecting to near by A.P,s wireless in mesh mode automatically ?

Is above scenario  possible ?

If the wired connection breaks, how will the APs be powered? They are POE devices only - no external PSUs.
