MSM 760 and no connection with whatsupp

Hi we are using MSM 760 with  150 Wi-fi access points. we are hotel, and our guests with apple ipads and iphons can not use whatsupp appcilation through our wi-fi, androids users are ok it is working. So how to make whatsupp work through MSM 760?
