HP ASE status and welcome kit

Hello,

I have passed the HP0-055, HP0-053 and HP0-066 exams and I have sent proof of my MCSE to HP but my HP ASE credential doesn't show on my HP Student page and I haven't received the welcome kit.

I have sent an email to HP but I got no answer.

Have you had this issue?
