Hi Christopher,
Check out www.hp.com/go/expertone for information about certification and training. Along the left navigation bar, you'll find "Get Started" which will guide you through the process of registering as a learner, etc. (you likely will want to register as a "customer" which also includes "end users"; the partner registration is for channel partners).
After you've had an opportunity to browse the site and get a sense of what you're interested in, feel free to stop back by here with questions!
