If you have a past HP desktop certification for instance and want to recertify to a current version but all of your older email addresses and other links no longer work from the first time do you have to take it from scratch again? How do you pick up with the previous ID's and credit for the courses you have taken in the past?

SolutionIf you hold expired certifications, you will have to start from scratch. However, it is always good to check with the regional partner program office to lookup your records and confirm what certifications you held. They can also advise you on what path to take to recertify.
For the Americas, you can call 1 800-273-4812 or email: expertonesupport.na@hp.com
I hope this helps and please feel free to let me know if you have more questions or comments.
