adding user in portal
when I am adding users in portal is shows but not showing on active user on portal how it would be that user can use the portal

Hi,
It can take up to 3 business days for a new user to gain access to the Partner Portal. If your users still do not have access after 3 days, please contact our support team. http://h10120.www1.hp.com/expertone/ExpertOne_contact.html
