SolutionHi,
Are you trying to register for an exam on Pearson VUE? If so, have you created an account on the Pearson VUE site before?
You have to create an account on Pearson VUE at http://pearsonvue.com/hp before you are able to register for any HP exams.
Before you create your Testing Profile, you will need to have three key pieces of information:
- Your HP Learner ID
- Your last name and email address as it is presented in The Learning Center. Please note that your name must also match your government issued picture identification.
- After your profile is set up, you will receive an email from pearsonvue.com that provides your login information. Please ensure that your firewall settings will allow emails from pearsonvue.com.
If you do not know your HP Learner ID or remember how your name and email is presented in The Learning Center, please visit this web page.
I hope that helps but don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks,
Michelle
