Can I make incoming calls to certain lines/numbers go to certain extensions?

I hope I'm wording this correctly.

We are two companies under one roof sharing an NBX v3000 with a dozen or so lines. I'd like to set it up so that calls placed to certain numbers only go to certain extensions.

For instance, if an outside caller calls 383-2029, it rings to this side of the office (extensions 100-299 and/or hunt group 400), but if an outside caller calls 381-7979, it rings to the other side of the office (extensions 300-399 and/or hunt group 450).

Is there any way to do this?
