NBX v3000 just suddenly stopped dialing out

Suddenly we are unable to dial out. We get a dial tone. We are able to receive calls. If you try dialing out you just get dead air. I have checked everything. Nothing in the dial plan has changed. I tested the dial plan and it works. I even added the lines to the 8 pool and that does not work either. If you directly dial the extension of one of the lines that does work, but dialing 8 or 9 does not.
