HP Navigator CD, RCC PW reset

Hi I have got some Netserver LPrs with the HP D6028A TopTools Remote Control cards, however the password is not the default ADMIN/ADMIN and I have no navigator CD to reset it with. I am looking for anyone who might be able to send me an image of the disk. I downloaded the util for resetting it from another post, and got a copy of windows 3.1 to run but it is missng some .dll file I assume is on the navigator CD too.
