LH3000 problems with Firmware Upgrade

After installing last BIOS 4.06.31PT the system is very slow and does not acept the instalation of Firmware update for MMC / FPC/ etc..

It gives and POST error 8040 and (informs to update the BIOS) but I have and error when updateing the Firmware (error code 0x203)

What shold I do...

That's not the latest BIOS.

Try that. That BIOS update will also update the MMC, so that should be all you need to run. If that flash doesn't work, try clearing the config/cmos, then flashing again.

The BIOS 4.06.33 PT is version 4.06.31 PT i have downloaded it and when I extract it says its version 4.06.31 PT the same I already had.

How can I get the new version.

hy,

In this situation before flashing again the firmware, you need to make somes thinks:
--reset management, pulling out power cable, lan cable, periferical cables (printers and modems ...) , wit for two minutes without any connection, reconect all and reboot the server
-- reset Cmos before flashing and after flashing bios entering with F11 when asked for F2
-- format completely the floppy disk before rexpanding the image of the diskette on it
