Are you using the latest BIOS?

Have you tried to clear the cmos?

Solution
Thomas,
This a known problem on integrated netraids and 3si controller.
The counter that counts the number of times the battery has been charged can be on 8192.
What you have to do is:
At the NetRAID banner, press CTRL-M and go into OBJECTS - BATTERY BACKUP - NO OF CYCLES.
You will see this is 8192.
Press ENTER at this point and reset the value to zero. Once the counter is reset, there should be no more warnings of this type for the next 8192 charging cycles.
Good luck!
Marco.
