NT 4.0 hangs on install....

i am trying to re-install NT 4.0 on this Netserver LH II...i have already installed the os using the floppies and at the end when it wants to reboot...it will stop and hang at the 'setup is inspecing your computers hardware configuration'...any ideas as to why it would have here..the only cards in the box are a 3com nic and the netraid card...any help would be appreciated...i might try and put 2000 on it...

Remove the 3com, and netraid, unless that's where you are installing the OS. Also are you Skipping the mass storage, and then selecting the correct netraid driver? Are you using the latest drivers from the web? Are you up to date on BIOS rev, HDD f/w etc?

Do NOT use Microsoft-supplied drivers if there is a vendor-supplied version available.
Hanging at this point in the boot process sounds to me like a SCSI driver problem.
