Where can i get a LH4r BIOS update?

As i wrote yesterday in another post i bought recently a HP Netserver LH4r. I'm having problems with it in the POST (Errors from keyboard and CDROM that works perfectly, a password corrupted problem, etc). I think that all this problems come from an old or corrupted BIOS and i try to update it but i'm not able to find, in hp.com or another website, to download a new BIOS version to update.

My BIOS version is from 1998

Where can i download a BIOS file for HP Netserver LH4r?
