lh4 netraid firmware upgrade fails

I purchased a used LH4 netserver from ebay
to eval. server 2003.

After running for about 2 days. System stoped responding and I rebooted system.

Now have an error message
0075-98 : Intergrated HP NetRAID Firware not responding

I tried to install firmware I dowloaded from HP called "Firmware for integrated HP NetRAID on the HP Netserver LH4"
Date 25 Sep 2002 D.03.03 466kB.

When netserver start to load MS DOS netserver reboots this is a never ending cycle.

Lance,

Try to reseat the i/o cache on the i/o board above the top PCI slot and then reboot your system. Usually the 0075 messge is just the i/o cache not being seated well. Since you just bought it on ebay, it was just shipped and may just be not seated fully.
