Can I install FC HBA in it ? or need to upgrade platform from standard to Enterprise Edition.

You can. Enterprise is intended for those who will use clustering. SAN access is OS independant. Try getting the supported HBA.

Answer .. Yes! Although the link I am attaching to a recent Customer Advisory only applies to a 2000s, same guidelines should apply to your DL 380 G4 Storage Server. Note: the CA was written for a DL380 G3 NAS model with Standard Edition WSS 2003, so some of the recommended update will not apply to your G4 model. Check hp Driver Downloads any G4 updates.
Advisory: StorageWorks NAS 2000s Supports Fiber Channel Connected Storage (OE050114_CW01)
