Solution
Janie,
Are you able to access the secondary OS on that S1000? there is a primary Raid 1 with your OS on the first two hdds and then a backup copy of the OS Raid one on the last two hdds. The remaining space is the raid 5 for the data. The S1000 does not have a restore CD, you restore from the secondary OS, and if that doesn't work, then you replace the whole unit.
