RAM is not showing -HPx1600

Hi Guyz,

We bought HP x1600 Storage system 64 bit. 5 x 2GB RAM were already built in the server and we bought extra 5 x 2GB, but system is only showing 3 slots 2GB RAM installed and total of 6GB. its very confusing.. Could any one please advise on this, why all the ram is not showing.??

So does that mean physically there is 12 GB RAM, 5 x 2GB in 5 slots = 6GBRDIMM, other 5 slots are not showing yet, does this need some kind of configuration??
