nas 1200s and ftp

I have customer that when he try to transfe ron ftp file data bigger thatn 1 gb the machine freeze or crash
did anyone have hear nothing about having problem on the nas on ftp?
now i'm doing an hardware diagnostic to see if everything it's ok on the nas

Domenico,

Have you applied any Service Release Kits to the 1200s? It has some memory leak fixes and security updates.
