x310 not found on network: troubleshooting?

I just did a full recovery and reset to factory defaults on my x310 Data Vault. It's sitting there with all lights "breathing" aqua, waiting to be connected to WHS.

I ran the software install CD on a new machine, and the WHS Connector can't find the x310. I ran an IP scan on the network, and it doesn't show the x310.

How to proceed?
