In NNMi how can I change the lifecycle state of an incident by command line?

I have NNMi 9.01 in Windows and after I have events storm some incidents didn't be closed automatically by NodeUp event despite the information about node up is logged in incident.

Like a workaround until this problem be resolved I need to change the lifecycle state manually.

To do that, I think to use a script to change lifecycle state if node is up and the incident didn't close.

Somebody knows how to that by command line.

Can somebody please answer this question, im getting 17,000 events that are basically warning i want to clear,
