User not able to login after LDAP integration

Hi Experts,

I am facing one difficulty in LDAP Integration.

 

I am able to view the groups of LDAP in BSM in Groups mapping & mapped the same to BSM group however whenever I am logging with an Id, it says that invalid id/password. Even Admingroup which is mapped with LDAP is given Superuser rights but not working.

 

I have done user synchronisation.

 

Can anybody suggest what can be the probable causes...How id can be entered in Login name..Is it the display name, mail id, short ID etc. Its bit irritating..

 Please help

Hi,

I am able to get the LDAP groups & mapped it to the BSM groups however whenever I am logging from any LDAP Id, it gives an error " invalid user/id or password."

 

Please suggest if anybody faced related issue.
