unable to send email through hp nnm 9.01

Hi Experts,

 

I am using nnm 9.01 on windows platform. we have configured email alert through blat.exe to send the alert and reports through perfmatrics SPI. Initially it was working fine but from  last 2 weeks it is unable to send any type of alerts and reports.

I checked the logs but found nothing.

 

Please help me

I am facing the same issue on nnmi 9.01

can u tell me how u used blat.exe in windows environment initially

1-Please check  if the script is working without NNMi , please execute the script out from NNMi to gurantee that is working.

 

2-Please check if nnmaction is runing this will be the service that will execute the actions.

 

ovstatus -v

 

3-Please check if there is a meaningful warning in the nnmhealth.ovpl -u system -p <password> -print verbose(please upload this file with the incidentActuibs.0.0.log

 

 4-Please check the specific log in this %nnm_log%\nnm\incidentActions.0.0.log
