   Some detail might help. For example, which continent are you on? No point in giving you a phone number for the other side of the planet.

   I know nothing, but I'm curious.  Where did you get an identifier
like "HP TCPIP V5.4-15"?  For more useful information, you might try:

      tcpip show version

i did a product sh history and i get the identifier HP TCPIP V5.4-15. THe tcpip sh version is

HP TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS Alpha Version V5.4
  on a AlphaStation DS15 running OpenVMS V7.3-2

   Your "local" Customer Support Centre is in Sydney. The phone number is +61 2 8278-1039, 08:30 to 17:30 AEST. I'm not sure if HP still accepts support cases via email. At one time the email address was esc-ap-vms-sp(at)hp.com
