T5710 usb wireless ralink rt2870

Hi, I've installed windows xp drivers to my xpe T5710 for my usb dongle wifi adapter wich uses ralink chipset rt2870. when i plug in the adapter, i get windows's blue screen " driver_irql_not_less_or_equal" and at the bottom of screen it says that "rt2870.sys" is the problem wich is ralink's driver.

can someone help me with this?
