I am have having two lan card lan0,lan1.
I need to configure APA
What is the main advantage for apa configuration

RTFM -- Read the Fine Manual.
APA is one of those things that can be configured in several different ways depending on what exactly you want to accomplish. Here is a the APA Administrators Guide.

What do you want to accomplish? APA can:
1) Combine 2 or more lan interfaces to give you more throughput
2) Have lan interfaces grouped so that if one fails another takes over
3) A combination of 1 and 2 (I think).
