ifconfig: socket: Host is down

Hello, I am facing the same problem again, and the last time I could not answer and decided to reinstall the server.

Even today he remained in production normally, but the short time he left to accept telnet or ssh connections and then we made a console access over the LAN and restarted the server and when I was loading the network, the message appeared again: ifconfig: host is down.

Has anyone gone through this problem since then? Thank you.
