DTA 5.0 not getting any data

I installed DTA 5.0 on my Openview server and put in the script to download the
sgent to all of the PC's but I am not seeing any data in the DTA console. I
assumed that the defaults would be good. Was I wrong?

Hi,

This is a know bug:

The SAGENT.EXE SmartDeploy Agent looks incorrectly for the SAGENT.INI
configuration file in the AGENTS directory too.
The workaround is to make a copy of this file in the AGENTS directory. Note:
this copy MUST be Read-only.

I hope that HP fix this problem quickly.

Hi,

for the smart Deploy Agent you are asked for a user and password... DON'T use the Administrator. Create a new one with admin-options. Take this one. But first use dtaclean.exe (manger Subdirectory (?))
search for it.. And clear the Workstations... After reconfigure the SmartDeploy Agent it should work...
