Mutex

Hi,

Does anyone have any idea how mutexes might be implemented in OO across:

1. multi-instance steps

2. system-wide processes

??

Thanks,

Re: Mutex

Hi,

Have you tried to use Lock operations in HP OO?  "/Library/Integrations/Hewlett-Packard/Operations Orchestration/Wait For Lock" or "/Library/Integrations/Hewlett-Packard/Operations Orchestration/Acquire Lock" operation might help you to run the process only once at a given time in OO. When your job is finished at the remote system you can use "/Library/Integrations/Hewlett-Packard/Operations Orchestration/Release Lock" operation to unlock the operation.

If you give some more details about your flow, people might make clear suggestions.
