CD-Rom and DVD-Rom
My CD-Rom and DVD-Rom does not read when i load CD in the the CD drive and I can't figure out how to fix it. Please help!!!!

Insert the CD in a different system to ensure you can read it. Is it burned?

no its not burned...its windows software i would like to instal on my computer and the computer doesn't even show that I have CD-Rom or DVD-Rom

So you have a problem with the drive itself or the controller or even the cable between.
