utility to watch Dvd movies on Hp machine

You get right to the point don't you!:)
Anyway, when you get a dvd player, it should come with some kind of dvd software and/or a Hardware decoder card.
If this is a dvd using Hardware decoding (there will be a hardware decoder card on the back of your pc). You usually need a specific software that was created for that card.
But if you do not have a hardware decoder card, it is a good chance you are using Software decoding. This is nice in a way becuase you can use most new Video cards DVD software to decode it. (are you can just look on the web for some demo dvd player software).
For ex:
I bought a ATI all in wonder Video card and it came with DVD software utility that allows me to play movies on my DVD player.
