Factory Override Factory Defaults Password for Surestor 125ex
Unfortunately, the password I was provided by HP: 3EPS5873FAYEFB is incorrect. Can somebody give me the correct one?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Factory Override Factory Defaults Password for Surestor 125ex
There are a number of reasons why the password may not have worked:
[all LTT passwords are time sensitive and have built-in experiation times]
a) The password was issued, but not used within the 2-day time limit it is valid for after being generated.
b) Your system clock is not set correctly and more than 2 days off from the current time.
c) You used a really old version of LTT (2.5 or 2.6) which will not recognize the passwords currently issued.
We can re-issue passwords, but if the password didn't work for one of the above reasons, the new password would not work either.
If you continue to have problems receiving a password, send e-mail to ltt_team@hp.com.
