what is the right firmware for a C1108F Model Jukebox with 8 Drives and 238 Slots.
Is there anything to mention? A Configuration Module or somewhat like that?
My problem occours after changing the PCA Controller - after that the Jukebox recognize only 6 Drives and 128 Slots.
What did i do wrong?
Thanks for a solution in advance!

Re: Firmware for C1108F Jukebox 8Drives/238Slots
I'm sure you replaced the interposer PCA.
Inspect the old part. There is a little module plugged in - this give the expansion from 128 to 238 slots.
You need to keep this module in the library (on the board, of course).
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Firmware for C1108F Jukebox 8Drives/238Slots
install and run LTT from here:
http://www.hp.com/support/tapetools
This is the default tool to manage firmware and test/support drives and libraries.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

SolutionThe firmware should be included in this bundle:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=12169&prodSeriesId=63762&swItem=co-43124-1&prodNameId=12376&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=8&taskId=135&mode=4&idx=0
The version should be LTT_C1107F_0.49.frm
(v.0.49).
Even the name is not the same, LTT will only install the correct version on your box - don't worry.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
