Firmware update failed for HP Surestore 125ex

During the upgrade the computer crashed and the jukebox came back online with 'need code' Is there a utility available that allows me to put a new firmware on the media changer? The inquiry string is now 'C17 download' Any hint would be appreciated.

Yes, HP L&TT can upgrade these unit, however you have to use 'Manual Product Identification' to help the software identify the software.

In order to do this you require an override password which you obtain from your local support center.
