UDF write/read on UDF Optical Media for HP SureStore5200ex in Win98
Why the Disk Drive TuneUp Ver3 for Windows Software from Software Architects Inc. is able to format 5.2GB (2048B/s)Optical Media on the HP SureStore 5200ex Optical Disk Drive in UDF format type, While It is unable to write (Windows Copy+Paste) on the media from files or folders that r previously stored on the PCs Hard Disk (IDE fdisk partitioned in FAT16).
Note1:The Optical Disk Drive is always present in My Computer Installed Disk Drives, if we click on it, a new window opens with empty contents.(that means Windows has recognized the drive)
Note2: if we format the media using the same
soft above in FAT16 instead of UDF, writing is possible on the optical media using (Windows Copy+Paste).
What we shall do to make Win98 write on the media in UDF?
Do we have to buy another utility that enables Windows98 to write on the Optical Media in UDF?
We heard about a soft called (Write UDF!), who is the vendor of this software, we need help.
