hp 9100 -- need original firmware

Can anyone tell me where to get the original firmware for the hp 9100. After flashing I'm having some problems burning. More than not I'm creating coasters. I've removed ezcd creator and relevant files, installed RecordNow. My success rate is around 20%. Pretty disappoiniting. Any direction you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

If you want any firmwares, please ask HP and they will give you ....may charge you for that...
