jukebox issue

I have a Jukebox that is failing self test. Below are the error codes - any help would be appreciated....

Hard Errors:

only one recurrent error:

Hardware ERR 3Dh (--> FLIP)
FRU1 27 (--> Picker)
FRU2 1 (--> Controller)
FRU3 41 (--> Umbilical cable)

Soft Errors:

Hardware ERR 42h (--> PUT_DRIVE)
FRU1 220 (--> media)
FRU2 2 (--> MO_drive)
FRU3 27 (--> Picker)

Someone can y help me, thank y.

What box model is it?

Power cycle the box and watch it - does the picker / media hung somewhere?
