1200ex + 2944UW + Win2K
Ok, we are in the process of converting from Windows NT to Win2k and have a 1200ex connected to the Win2K box using an Adaptec 1944UW card running in LUN mode. The problem that we are having is that it is not finding all of the drives. Sometimes it finds the picker and the first 4 drives, other times it finds the last 6 drives. Basically it is playing round robin with the bus. Based on the other postings in this forum, it sounds like the driver in Win2K, but when I contacted Adaptec to get the updated driver mentioned elsewhere on the forum they told me the driver included in Win2K was the most current driver and was "Perfect." Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Brian
Thanks,
Brian

Re: 1200ex + 2944UW + Win2K
Problem solved. It was the driver. The version needed is 5.00.2195.1620 which I got from HP Tech Support.
