HP 1200mx Optical Jukebox
Hi
I have a problem with some drive in jukebox.
We try to clean drive but we still can't write to drive.Later,when we have that problem cleaning was resolved problem,but now cleaning doesn't help.
We also try with another drive but problem still exist.

Same results in different drives? Consider to clean the media itself.
