Hi I used Tape Tool to update the firmware of the Jukebox. Now I cannot access the Jukebox or the Drive. I need to reset the old firmware. What is the best thing to do?

Hello Zack!

It's unusual that you can't access it with the new FW, but may be because your SW don't support it, ask your vendor what's the latest recomended FW for your library.

If you really wan't to rolback the FW you need to contact HP Hardware support to get a temporary password for L&TT (www.hp.com/support/lttdownload) that will enable the downgrade option.

You can dial 1-800-633-3600 option 1, option 2 and then say "Surestore on HP-UX" this is a keyword that will lead you to the right support team.
