HP MO 125ex Jukeboxe

Pls help me!
I connect one device HP MO 125ex Jukeboxe with Cell Manager Window 2000 Server (Media Agent and Disk Agent build-in).
Cell Manager has installed OmniBack II 4.1 software.
The connection already installed.
But when I use OmniBackII to scan one slot in Jukeboxe, device has load one slot but not unload this.
How do I fix this problem?

First of all you need to understand if this is software-related problem (OB driver, removable storage manager, etc) or hardware problem.
Use HP LTT to test hardware. It does not use device drivers and talks directly to SCSI driver: http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/storageworks/ltt/index.html
If LTT tests will work then research drivers and check removable storage manager state (should be stopped permanently and OB driver should be loaded for autochanger mech)
