Optical JukeBox 40T C1710
Anyone know how to unload disks manually, I get a misload err. after pressing the eject button.
Also, Iget the following errors during power on. Fail 1- Error Code 49 FRU 27,1,0
This is a critical piece so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Andy

Re: Optical JukeBox 40T C1710
Hi Andy,
This appears to be a hardware failure internal to the jukebox. The best thing that you can do is contact HP service and have them perform the repair. I'm afraid that based on this description I don't believe it's something that can be fixed without a part replacement.
Let me know if this does not work for you, and I may be able to help out a bit more.
Thanks,
John

Re: Optical JukeBox 40T C1710
It is easy to remove the top outer cover and the inner top access cover. The disks can then be easily removed by hand. I don't know how to remove a disk from either of the optical drives though if the unit is not working. (Turn the power off first!)
I badly need some of the long drive belts for my 40T jukeboxes any ideas where to source them?
Cheers, Dave Waine.
