Surestore Optical 160fx

What MO media is supported by this unit? Can I use something other than 2.6GB? Do I have the option to use rewritable media? What is the best use of one of these units for a lawfirm?

Corey,
2.6GB - R/W
1.2/1.3GB - R/W
Try very useful utility HP LTT http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/storageworks/ltt/index.html , in its support ticket it lists all compatible/incompatible known media types (and not only for MOs, but also for tape drives).
You can use rewritable MO media, of course http://www.hp.com/products1/storage/products/storagemedia/archival_media/index.html
Rewritable is better because you can rewrite information on it... And in addition, Windows by default DOES NOT supprt WORM media, see http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DocumentIndex.jsp?contentType=SupportFAQ&docIndexId=850&locale=en_US&prodSeriesId=63753&prodTypeId=12169
