jukebox can't mount an optical disk

There is a 160ex library connected to Sun 350 server with Solaris 8 and Veritas NetBackup software rev.3.4. After starting a backup robotic inserts an optical disk into drive, its LED flashes couple of times and that`s all. NetBackup software reports about mounting failure.

Do anyone have any experience in similar configuration?
