surestoreoptical 2600fx

We have just purchased a surestoreoptical 2600fx drive and are trying to get it to work with a sunsparctation5 running SUNOS 5.5.1. When we connect the drive and use the command 'probe-scsi-all' the drive is seen by the system. However we cannot mount the device as we cannot get the device name. Is there anybody who has an idiot's guide to installing this optical drive on our OS.
