ksh: /usr/local/bin/bash: cannot execute

I've been struggling with a download of bash onto a 11.23 box and I'm ready to for tusc.

Here is the error:

root@fxgpd01-/var/spool/sw> /usr/local/bin/bash
ksh: /usr/local/bin/bash: cannot execute

Here are the Permissions:

root@fxgpd01-/var/spool/sw> ll /usr/local/bin/bash
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root sys 2508012 Jan 10 07:58 /usr/local/bin/bash

Here is the state of installation:

root@fxgpd01-/var/adm/sw> swlist -l fileset -a state | grep -i bash
# bash
bash.bash-RUN configured

Wow. I just install 'tusc' and I'm getting the same error.

I've double and triple checked everything including the link to the porting site.

So -- PA system (9000/800).

Those look like IPF-only depots. I would expect you need to find PA2.0W depots or something akin to that.
